Warranty

For your peace of mind, we offer a 12-month Warranty on all of our equipment. This warranty coverage begins from the order purchase date indicated on your invoice

Please note:  the warranty does not cover items under the following conditions:

 

  1. Consumable Parts: Items graded as consumable parts(like laptop batteries)are subject to wear and tear due to daily usage. 
  2. "AS IS" or "PARTS ONLY" Items: Products described as "AS IS" or "PARTS ONLY" are exempt from warranty coverage.
  3. Software-Related Issues: Defects, malfunctions, or damage arising from viruses, operating system errors, and compatibility problems are not covered. It's the buyer's responsibility to ensure compatibility with their existing hardware and systems, 
  4. Abnormal Use and Handling: Warranty coverage is not extended to defects or damage caused by abnormal use and handling, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repairs,


Returns policy

We gladly accept change of mind returns within 30 days from the order purchase date on your invoice, subject to these conditions:

  • The item must remain in its original sealed Retail packaging or be in resalable condition.
  • Submit a return request within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Shipping costs for returns are count on the customer. Upon refund, the purchase price will be returned, excluding shipping costs. (If your purchase included free postage, a non-refundable shipping fee will be deducted from the total invoice amount.)

 If the item is faulty within the warranty period, follow these procedures:

  • For hardware under the 12-month warranty warranty, repairs, replacements, or refunds are available for major/minor failures, discrepancies, or unacceptable quality. Return shipping costs are covered.
