Dispatch Time
- Most of the items are shipped within 1-3 business days of payment.
- Large items (like monitor, server,)need to be shipped on pallets or over size box may take 2-4 days to dispatch after receiving payment.
Local Pickup
- The order pickup is available by appointment only. After an order is placed online (select "Pick Up" during checkout), please contact us via email to arrange collection.
- Please wait for email confirmation that the order is ready for collection before coming in. Please allow at least 1-3 business days processing time for the orders ready for pickup.
