Returns policy

We gladly accept change of mind returns within 30-day from the order purchase date on your invoice, subject to these conditions:

  • The item must remain in its original sealed Retail packaging or be in resalable condition.
  • Submit a return request within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Shipping costs for returns are count onthe customer. Upon refund, the purchase price will be returned, excluding shipping costs. （If your purchase included free postage, a non-refundable shipping fee will be deducted from the total invoice amount.）
 If the item is faulty within the warranty period, follow these procedures:
  • For hardware under the 30-day warranty, repairs, replacements, or refunds are available for major/minor failures, discrepancies, or unacceptable quality. Return shipping costs are covered.
  • For hardware beyond the 30-day warranty, repairs or replacements occur in about 2-3 weeks (availability dependent). The buyer covers return shipping. Refunds are unavailable after 30 days from purchase.
